RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we follow strict quality and hygiene guidelines.

We do not accept returns once the food item has been delivered.

However, we will provide a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The packaging is broken or leaking

  • The product is expired

  • The wrong item was delivered

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
